Features

• Rinser: Air-rinsing and Water-rinsing are available.

• Filler: Apply suitable filling methods for different properties and volume of liquids.

• Capper: For common round screw caps and many kinds of cap type.

• Labeler: Many labeling models are applicable for various products with different shapes, materials, label sizes and labeling position.

• Liquid contact parts are made of 316L stainless steel, food grade silicone tube / wire hose, Teflon, main structure is made of #304 stainless steel and aluminum alloy meet high sanitary demands for food and pharmaceutical industries.

• Japan Mitsubishi PLC and color touch screen (HMI) are applied for most models. Digitalized control system provides precise setting and operation conveniently.

• Servomotors are used for T&G’s most models. Time and speed settings can be entered from touch screen. Not only offering high accuracy, but reducing much time and cost of complicated adjustments and operation compared with a traditional air cylinder.
