This side-warp capping machine is suitable for both normal round screw caps and various specialty caps.  The automatic cap feeding device reduces much labor cost and production time, also increases daily production volume because manual cap feeding is not required. Color touch screen is used for convenient machine operation. Servomotor controls capping torque precisely to avoid damaging cap’s surface. Capping quality is excellent.

Field of Application

• Side-wrapping by 4 capping rollers, especially suitable for normal round screw caps and various specialty caps, such as spray cap, pump cap, flip-up cap, child resistant cap, tamper resistant cap, etc. 

• For square, round, oval bottles and any special shape of bottles. 

• Applicable for a packaging production line or separate operation.

Features

• Control system: MITSUBISHI (Japanese brand) PLC and 7” color touch screen (HMI) for convenient operation.

• Capping system: Capping torque is controlled by 2 servomotors to prevent from scratching surfaces of caps easily. The torque can be set conveniently from touch screen for accurate capping tightness. 

• Belt Bottle Clamp Device: Increase clamping stability and reduce time of cap feeding and capping action to improve production capacity.

• Following type of capping: Capping system is moving with each bottle for continue capping without stopping conveyor, so daily production volume becomes more compared traditional capping machines.

• Automatic Cap Feeding Device: Suitable many kinds of cap shape. Not only improve much production efficiency, but reduce labor cost of manual cap feeding.
