2019 new model "High-speed Round Bottle Labeling Machine”

This round bottle labeling machine has patented this year. This model is designed especially for pharma industry with high production capacity 60~120 bottle/per minute. Defective labels can be kept and recorded more easily than traditional way. Controlling each label becomes much convenient and efficient.

Main special features are:

• Optical inspection system and software are from famous Japanese brand which has nearly 80% market share of the pharmaceutical industry in Japan to provide excellent recognition accuracy.

• Intelligent “Pre-rejection” function: Defective labels will be removed onto a special roller in advance by servo-sliding device before labeling. Prevent defective labels being labeled on bottles, so no more tearing defective labels out of bottles manually after labeling.
